Zootaxa named a rising star among ISI journals

 

According to the May 2008 report in Essential Science Indicators from Thomson Reuters, Zootaxa is a rising star among ISI journals in the field of Plant and Animal Sciences that have achieved the highest percentage increase in total citations from October 2007 to December 2007.

Zootaxa entered the top 50% in ISI field Plant & Animal Science with the highest total citations

 

According to Science Watch, as of January 1, 2008, Essential Science Indicators data were updated to cover a 10-year plus 10-month period, from January 1997 to October 31, 2007. With this update, it showed that Zootaxa entered the top 50% in ISI field Plant & Animal Science with the highest total citations.
