This site is for sharing files among authors, editors and reviewers of Zootaxa.   We recommend that files be placed in a subfolder named by the author's last name within  http://zootaxa.info/ms and make the files private (by selecting private in "fileshare setting").  In access control menu, select the user name of the reviewer/editor who you want to grant access.  If they are not member of zootaxa.info, please ask them to join first and then pass you the user name for you to enable them access.
